Shipping Rates and Links

To place an order please send email to orders@hemptastic.net with the complete SKU of each strain you are ordering along with the total weight you are ordering. Pricing tiers are cumulative. For example ordering 5lbs of 5 different strains would land you in the tier for 25+ lbs. We accept bank wire and ACH. We do not ship until funds have hit our account at First Citizens. Check with your banks processing times on ACH transfers as some take up to 5 days to credit to our account which would result in approximatly 7-8 business days to receive your order including our processing and shipping transit times. We will not process an order until funds have cleared into our account. Wires generally credit within a few hours and we can begin to process your order for shipping

Shipping Rates

We charge actual UPS Hemp Account shipping rates by the box dimensions and weights to whichever state/zipcode we're sending to. We have a Hemp Account UPS shipping calculator we use to give us rates per package, per order. Using Tampa, Florida as a reference, here are a few examples of how we would calculate shipping (with and without insurance). You pay actual shipping costs as charged by UPS:

1 lb Order:

1 box at 18x12x6 box is 1.5 lbs <> 2.5 lb weight total box and flower <> shipped overnight to 33604 = $74.27 without insurance, and $81.15 with insurance ( $74.27 + 1.25% order value)

5 lb Order:

1 box at 18x12x12 is 2 lbs <> 7 lbs weight total with box and flower <> shipped overnight to 33604 = $130.79 without insurance, and $202.66 with insurance ($130.79 + 1.25% order value)

20 lb Order:

1 box at 24x18x18 is 4 lbs <> 24 lbs weight total with box and flower <> shipped overnight to 33604 = $269.60 without insurance, and $457.10 with insurance ($269.60 + 1.25% order value)

** We suggest gauranteed delivery and insurance on every along with overnight shipping to gaurantee delivery and reduce the chances of decarboxilation of your flower order.

Order Processing Times

Our current processing times are 72 hrs from receipt of payment to pickup by UPS at our warehouses. We prefer to NOT ship on Fridays unless there is a gaurantee of somone being able to receive the delivery on a Saturday This prevents your order from sitting in a non-climate controlled UPS facility over the weekend and being subject to decarboxilation. If you would like to request Saturday delivery we would be happy to quote you shipping for delivery on a Saturday.

Returns & Exchanges

No refunds at any time! However we will do exchanges for same priced strain. Buyer to pay for return shipping unless flower is damaged such as mold, mildew, broken packaging such as unsealed during transit in which case we will cover cost of return shipping. Exchange requests must be received within 48 hrs of delivery or we will not accept exchanges, send such requests to orders@hemptastic.net including pictures of the damaged flower and a description of the issue. Exchanges must be returned in their original packaging and resealed prior to returns. We will not approve a return without proper documentation and receipt of flower in its resealed original packaging
